Shipping

We ship orders within Greece. All items are shipped from our office, and shipping is handled through trusted courier partners.

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days after order confirmation
• Delivery Time for Greece: 2–4 business days 
• Shipping Cost: Calculated based on delivery address 

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions, in compliance with EU consumer law:

• Return request must be made within 30 calendar days from delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective
  

To initiate a return, please fill the return form, include it in the return package and send it to us. Do not forget to include the original receipt in the return package as well. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us at infomataroe@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
